Hiking with kids.
1. Be prepared to carry much more extra of everything than before.
2. Be prepared to walk much less than before. Small big adventures are really what matters.
3. Be ready to change plans 1000 times and more.
4. Do not expect much and just go with the flow. Let them guide you what shall be the focus of the day.
5. Do not push for your goals. Let them to explore.
6. Leave toys at home. Use the mountains as the playground. Encourage them to find things in the nature to play with.
7. Be ready that sleeping in a tent is so exciting so it would be hard for them to fall asleep.
8. Be there for them. Lead them. Enjoy. Have fun. This time is soo precious!
